Apartments Project
This Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) project was designed to
offer quality, affordable housing opportunities for the local
population with special needs who otherwise might not be able to
afford quality housing. With 66 two bedroom apartment suites to
choose from, at a cost of only $ 900,000 using wood framed
construction. At a time when the rising costs of labor,
materials, and land were among the primary challenges to local
developers, Summit Construction was able to pre-purchase
materials and past the cost-savings on to the owners.
