Louis J. Ciraldo –
President
Mr. Ciraldo is the President and CEO of Summit
Construction Company Inc., a general construction company
headquartered in Akron, Ohio. Under his leadership, Summit
Construction has completed revenue of over $ 312 million. Mr.
Ciraldo governs all functions of the business including strategic
management, negotiations, sales and marketing. He has personally
been involved in numerous projects and solved issues related to our
thriving construction firm.
Mr. Ciraldo received his Civil Engineering degree from University of
Akron, Ohio. Mr. Ciraldo enjoys professional speaking and sharing
his vision, and business knowledge through seminars and keynote
addresses. His future plans include the expansion in the central
Ohio and Southern regions of the United States.
Steve L. Nagy – Treasurer / Controller
Steve is a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Civil
Engineering. With over 25 years of construction experience, he is
responsible for corporate operations, including advising and
assisting the President in directing all aspects of the
organization’s operational and financial policies, procedures, and
objectives. He maintains and projects the accounting controls
required to meet strict surety and underwriting standards.
Having worked with a number of Cleveland / Akron construction firms
prior to Summit, and in 11 different states, he has experienced many
aspects of construction from estimating and field experience to
upper management.
Brenda Daily –Division Manager Columbus
Brenda is a graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in
Construction Management. She has completed a number of significant
projects both on a local and national level throughout here 20 years
of field experience. Her leadership in Columbus is the columniation
of our desire to expand service to customers needs to expand there
markets. She has full operational responsibility including project
acquisition and successful completion.
Her work experience with both Construction and development firms has
provided a level of success unparalleled in such a short period of
time.
John W. Griffiths – Construction Manager
John Griffiths is responsible to supervise all project managers,
coordinate team meetings, and to interface with each member of the
project teams. As a veteran Construction Manager he has successfully
completed a matrix of very challenging construction projects. His
current responsibilities include overseeing construction schedules,
cost control, subcontractor management, manpower scheduling,
continual training of carpentry and painting trades, and purchasing.
John has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry
and is a welcome asset at Summit.
