West Corporate
Center Project
The Park West Corporate Center is a 93,000SF medical office
building located just west of Akron, Ohio. This building
constructed mainly from prefabricated EIFS panels and storefront
gives a new age look not seen in Ohio. This $7.5 M project was
constructed in approximately 9 months.
We aided the developer by design building the 10+ acre site with
a walking path, Architectural/Landscaping mounds, decorative
rock and stone, multiple water features, a signage wall and
entry signage to give a relaxing feel to a new age medical
complex.
Prior to the completion of the building “shell” Summit
Construction began the estimates and construction of multiple
tenants including Paragon Obstetrics-Gynecology, Summit
Ophthalmology Inc. Vision Center, Summa Radiology, Lab Corp.,
Hair Technology and The Park West Surgical Center. Each of these
have their own medical specialties ranging from medical gas
systems, MRI, CAT scan and X-Ray machines, out patient services
and standard vision and gynecology exam services. The variety of
medical expertise in this building allows for referral from
tenant to tenant.
