Ramada Hotel
Project
In 1995 Summit joint ventured with Hallmark Construction to do a
complete renovation of a 20 story downtown Akron hotel. Included
in the construction was complete upgrade of 285 guestrooms (50
of which have Jacuzzi’s), as well as 25,000 square feet of
meeting and commercial space.
