Roadrunner Dawes
Project
This project is a 55,000 S.F. pre-manufactured steel facility
with 46 truck docks and an office complex. Located in Cuyahoga
Falls, Ohio; it was built in a matter of months. The all steel
construction makes time of the essence and very cost efficient.
Architectural Masonry skirts can be incorporated and with a good
landscaping plan would give these buildings great curb appeal.
The openness of these types of structures makes adding more
office space a simple process.
