Far more important is the attitude the three parties – Owner,
Architect and Builder bring to a project than a specific delivery
system. The team needs ownership collectively and individually and
each member understands and accepts its share of the risk. Summit’s
ownership is embodied into its motto “Skill is Strength”. If we do
not constantly look for ways to improve, we run the risk of becoming
a commodity, just another contractor, and thus will not be providing
our customers the best service they deserve.
