Our experience with Summit
was an excellent one. Lou Ciraldo and his staff worked with our
various architects to develop construction documents and
specifications, and helped us navigate through the entire process -
schematic design to design development through value engineering and
actual construction. They also managed all contractor relationships
and contracts throughout the projects, consistently acting as an
advocate for our organization in terms of budget, schedule
adherence, and construction quality. I highly recommend Mr. Ciraldo
and Summit Construction.
