The fifth and latest school that we contracted with Akron is Forest Hills. We were awarded the General Trades package which included site work, concrete and all other general trades. A new school will be constructed on the existing site. The current school will continue to house the students until the new school is constructed. The old building will then be demolished so the remaining property can be developed into playground space and parking. Architect: G.P.D.

Summit Construction was awarded the Site Work and General Trades packages for this new elementary school. The building has 61,489 square feet of space and construction started August 9, 2006.
