Grove City, Ohio

Construction has begun at 2695 Holt Road in Grove City for the 21,000 SF addition to Bolton Crossing Elementary School!  The addition will include 12 classrooms (2 dedicated for special needs), administrative offices, and a cafeteria to accommodate increasing enrollment within the elementary school level in the South-Western City School District (SWCSD).

In addition to the building expansion, the sitework improvements will consist of an additional parking lot, an extension of the parent drop-off loop, and an expanded playground area.

As the awarded Construction Manager At Risk, Summit Construction is working in close collaboration with Schorr Architects and SWCSD to deliver the project on time and with the highest standards of quality.
