Medina, Ohio

Tours and unit showings are beginning at Echelon Independent Living for people to see what could potentially be their new home.  The 90-unit 112,700 SF building is on its way to completion and will be ready for move-in soon. Check out the building's progress below. 

The main lobby with a live "green" wall and fountain (more plants are on their way) and the oculus ceiling overhead.  

The Great Room, Cafe Bistro, Pub and Theatre –These communal spots are for residents to enjoy sitting by the fireplace, grabbing something to eat and drink with views of the beautiful courtyard, and watching a movie in style!

The Units – two of the first-floor units staged and furnished the day before a showing. 

The Pool and Spa/Salon are being finished up in the next few weeks, and public spaces like the Solomon/Activity room, Cards Room and the Library are complete.
