Site work structures like the parking lot is being cut to grade, the curbs and sidewalks are being prepped and poured, all light pole bases have been poured and the dumpster enclosure screen wall is complete.

On the exterior of the building, the thin brick system is being installed on the facade and the siding will be underway soon.

For MEP progress, electrical rough in and plumbing sanitary are complete and inspected, water supply lines are in progress and all the showers have been installed.  The fire suppression system has been tested and inspected as well.

Inside the building, drywall is being hung in the second floor units and the drywall ceiling grid system is being installed.
