Summit Construction provided general contracting services for the new 3,700 SF multi-tenant outlot structure in Barberton, Ohio.
This project included site improvements, installation of new utilities and ground-up construction of an outlot structure. At the time of completion, Chipotle Mexican Grille was set to open to the public on June 6th, and the second tenant space was still vacant.
In addition to the building, exterior improvements were also made to the surrounding area like new concrete curbs, an exterior waste enclosure and a new patio.
The new multi-tenant building and outlot space was delivered in a successful and timely manner to our client, and marks our second multi-tenant building with the popular fast casual restaurant Chipotle Mexican Grille.
