Summit Construction was the Construction Manager at Risk for this 9,000 SF Dollar Tree interior build-out . This Dollar Tree store was located in the Stow Community Center, a 502,895 sf retail property located in Summit County at Kent Rd (SR 59) & Marsh Rd in Stow, OH. Stow Community Center serves the Cuyahoga Falls, Kent and Stow communities. To keep up with appearances of all the other tenants, Summit Construction came in to update the store with their new prototype.
The SCC Team provided painting, electrical, demolition and new finishes throughout the entire space. In addition, SCC was able to deliver the project on time and on budget. The project had a very tight schedule so by doing this, Summit was able to alleviate stress from the owners.
