The project consisted of a complete build-out of a 42,000 square foot retail space. The scope included concrete demo for new u/g plumbing, new metal studs/drywall, all new MEP equipment, demo/replace storefront and signage, and all interior finished including 30,000 square feet of concrete floor polishing. The contract amount was $1,020,000 with a schedule of 10 weeks.
