Summit Construction was the Construction Manager at Risk for this 22,000 SF addition project to the ICAN Charter School that SCC built back in 2013.
As the CM at Risk, SCC scheduled and coordinated all aspects of construction while meeting the owner and school’s needs to facilitate a seamless construction project.
The SCC Team closely coordinated all existing mechanical, electrical, and fire protection services to allow construction to proceed, while maintaining fully active services at all times. This allowed the existing school to operate without limitation and proceed business as usual.
