Summit Construction was the Construction Manager at Risk for this project providing additional facilities for plant employees located within the existing building. In addition, Summit provided a project budget, scope of work, scheduling and project management services to facilitate the growing needs of the client.
The SCC Team was able to provide a complete turnkey project that allowed the owner to communicate with one sole entity. By providing the original budget estimate, implementing the required scope, and coordinating/scheduling all trade work we were able to provide the client with a seamless project from conception to completion.
