Due to the successful completion of Spicer Residence Hall, Summit Construction became the General Trades contractor as well as the roofing prime contractor for this new 530 bed student dormitory on the University of Akron campus. The scope of this project includes structural and light gage cold-formed steel, sheathing and drywall, insulation, roofing, doors, hardware, windows, curtain walls, finishes, flooring, specialties, toilet partitions and accessories.
