Chillicothe City School District Selects Summit Construction as Their New Construction Manager at Risk

Aug 11, 2016

Summit Construction is honored to have been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the next phase of the Chillicothe City Schools projects. These construction projects have an estimated value of $37,000,000 consisting of two new schools and the demolition of five existing schools. One school will be a Pre-K through 2nd grade building around 90,000 square feet while the second school will house 3rd-7th grade students in an approximately 120,000 square-foot space. Design is underway with construction scheduled to start in spring of 2017.

We are excited to be working together with Chillicothe City Schools, the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission and SHP Leading Design in an effort to deliver a quality project that the district can enjoy for years to come.
