Construction on the new K-12 building at Logan Elm continues to progress. Summit Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for this 225,000 SF K-12 School, which will open in Fall 2023.

The interior of the building is taking shape! LVT flooring has been placed in the classrooms and wood doors have been installed. The membrane roof is nearly complete, and the concrete slab has been poured in the kitchen, locker room area, and mechanical room.

In the next month, construction crews plan to finish any remaining classroom flooring and doors, install windows and technology cables, and start the final coat of paint. Plumbing fixtures and casework will also be completed in the classroom areas. Work continues in the student dining and athletic areas, regarding nonbearing walls and MEP rough-ins.
