Grove City, Ohio

With a desire to add more space to the recently constructed Bolton Crossing Elementary School, South-Western City School District selected Summit Construction Company to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for a 21,000 SF addition to house students and staff. 

The addition includes 12 classrooms, 2 Extended Learning Areas, administration offices, a cafeteria, and a satellite kitchen.  Site improvements were made like additional parking, an extension of the parent drop-off loop, and a relocated playground area.

With student enrollment rapidly increasing, the 21,000 SF addition will allow the District to better accommodate students and staff throughout the school year!
