Medina, Ohio

Activity has begun at N. Court Street, Medina for the Aspen Dental at Medina Shopping Center project!  In the past couple weeks, structure demolition of two existing buildings has taken place to make room for the new 10,800 sq. ft. building where an Aspen Dental and three empty or to-be-determined tenant spaces will be. 

The Summit team's role for the project is to deliver the 10,800 sq. ft. shell package as well as site improvements for the tenants.    

The next steps for the project include completion of demo, beginning erosion control, grading and site cut and fill.

We can't wait to see the fresh new look this building will bring to the Medina Shopping Center in the fall! The project is expected to be complete in early September.
