Copley High School Stadium Renovation

Copley, Ohio

Exciting progress continues for the Copley High School Stadium project! Site work is in full swing, and the new 15,590 SF field house is beginning to take shape with interior walls being erected. Underneath the developing structure, several additional activities have taken place to safely begin construction.

On the east side of the building, the sanitary sewer has been excavated, and installation is ongoing. The site continues to undergo dewatering to allow access and work. The plumbing survey has been completed to allow GPS data for the drain location and installation.

On the west side of the building, interior wall block has begun, door frames have been set, and HVAC openings and electrical have been coordinated within load-bearing walls.

On the north, east, and south areas, much of the work has taken place underground. Installation of catch basins and piping connecting drainage to the main system has been installed and connected to the city line. In the west area, field light pole bases have been delivered and staged, marking the first signs of the new and improved 'away' bleacher section.

February ongoing activities:

  • Completion of interior wall erection
  • Inspection of underground plumbing
  • Sanitary sewer installation to start along Route 21
  • Concrete ramp and stairs to be installed
