New year's recaps have flooded our timelines this week. Beautiful photos and sentiments about the successful year so many of us have had. We too have experienced exciting victories in 2025 – groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, giving back to our communities, building new relationships and winning new projects.
Along with celebrating our wins, we took note of what worked when it came to managing multi-million-dollar projects across Ohio between two offices, leading a team of diverse, talented people, and serving communities with unique values and goals.
In 2026, these are the things we are building on.
Clear communication
Strong communication is non-negotiable in construction. It is how "the team" – from the owner, to the architect, engineers, and construction manager stay aligned on the common vision and standards. Communication is imperative during every phase of the project, allowing us to be proactive, and up front when challenges inevitably surface. We doubled down on communication in 2025, further expanding our offerings to owners, increasing transparency for their team and their community.
Transparency + Collaborative mindset
Investing in our people
The quality of work always starts with the people behind it. In 2025, our Lunch and Learn program expanded into even more engaging topics, providing variety and value for every member of our team – from mental health awareness to subjects in finance, and contract agreements. We also continued to grow our safety program through the leadership of our Safety Director, Tim Baden, CSP, DSC. Tim's passion for a safe work environment has guided our teams through crucial training, certifications, and a safety-first mindset that grows stronger every day.
Employee development + Strong safety culture
Proactive project management
As a construction manager in business for more than 30 years, our team has experience with almost every type of challenge that can occur on a jobsite. We learn and adapt every year as a company, adding new systems, software, and tools to better manage our projects and our people. This can range from automated platforms, to BIM software, or highly detailed documentation. Our continuous improvement approach has proven to elevate the overall quality of our projects. We've seen the benefits of choosing to be innovative, and we will continue to find ways to improve as we head into 2026.
Continuous improvement + Forward thinking
Strengthening long-term relationships
If you know our team, you know our vision: building lasting relationships through construction. We enjoy getting to know the many inspiring people in this industry and community, and providing value to them in any way we can. We hope to strengthen our long-term partnerships in 2026 even more, and build new, long lasting relationships too.
Strong partnerships + Impacting communities
Continuing our promise as a partner
A construction management partner is more than a team in your corner to manage budgets and schedules – it's how we show up every day. It's how we respond to off-hours calls or inquiries, how we communicate with members of the community outside of the construction fence, and how we solve problems together through collaboration and conversation. We hope to raise the bar in 2026 and deliver on our promise to be a truly great partner.
Providing an excellent experience + Being a partner you can trust
Thank you to our clients, partners, and team for another terrific year. A year of great success, lessons learned, and fuel for the future. We look forward to impacting even more communities, and building exciting projects across Ohio in 2026.
