Since our November update, exterior work is complete at the MetroHealth Center and focus has shifted indoors. 

On the first floor:

• All vertical framing and metal stud walls are complete
• Door frames and drywall is beginning 
• Electrical inspection is complete
• Plumbing inspection will take place this week

On the second floor:

• All vertical framing and metal stud walls are complete
• All drywall is complete
• Painting will begin this week
• Casework and flooring will begin soon 
• Insulation will begin soon 
• Detailed cloud ceiling is complete
• Custom designed monumental staircase with glass railings is in progress
