In 2022 , Summit began construction for the Rolling Hills Local School District's new PK-12 Project. The 216, 523 SF program includes renovations, additions, and new construction for the five buildings.
The project is well into its third and final phase: renovation to Meadowbrook High School and construction to the new 6,203 SF Colt College.
Steady progress towards a new and improved campus continues, with crews heavily focused on interior work throughout the school. Much of the work includes casework installations, like shelving, cabinetry, and storage units—as well as fire alarms, fire suppression systems, HVAC, and electrical rough-ins.
Several areas are now receiving their final touches—interior signage, paint touch-ups, floor cleaning, and distinctive features such as the hallway trophy case, doors, and temperature—all which bring the space to life.
The Rolling Hills PK-12 Project is slated for completion in the spring/summer of 2026. Stay tunned for our next update highlighting this impactful program coming to a close.
