Northfield, Ohio
On January 24th, we joined St. Barnabas School for the grand opening of the new Denise Basch Learning Lodge; an outdoor classroom and meeting space for the parish, school and athletics.
The 2,500 sf lodge is dedicated to the late Denise Basch, a beloved member of the St. Barnabas School and Parish. The blessing ceremony honoring Denise was held on the third-year anniversary of her passing: January 24th, 2021. A beautiful commemorative plaque welcomes visitors and students into the Lodge:
"This building is dedicated in loving memory of Denise Basch in gratitude for her many years of exemplary service, commitment and dedication to the St. Barnabas School, Church and Community as an active volunteer and the first St. Barnabas Athletic Director.
Her devotion to her five children through their years at St. Barnabas School will always be fondly remembered."
Summit Construction provided Design/Build services alongside NR Designs and Architecture for the renovation which converted a former field house and storage space into the new Learning Lodge.
