Summit Construction is providing general contracting services for the 27,000 SF renovation converting an open SGS warehouse into a manufacturing space for the hard coating division of Kyocera SGS Precision Tools. 

Currently, the precision cutting tools need to be packaged and shipped to a different location for hard coating.  This renovation will help increase productivity and lower internal expenses for the manufacturer.

Additional improvements include front office renovations and providing new finishes to the exterior of the facility to match the adjacent SGS building also previously renovated by SCC.
