Piketon, Ohio
On Thursday, August 13th, the Scioto Valley community gathered for a Ribbon Cutting and Open House for their new 3-5 elementary school.
In 2023, Summit Construction was selected as CMR for the project, replacing the Zahn's Corner Middle School building with a brand new 54,000 sf elementary school. Our team partnered with SHP Leading Design to deliver the new state-of-the-art facility in Piketon.
The new facility will include features like a new gym, Health Center, classrooms and office areas, cafeteria, and so much more to make it the school these students, faculty and guests will need to thrive.
Summit Construction was honored to serve as CMR for this wonderful project and be an integral part in making an impact on the students and community.
