Grove City, Ohio 

In August, Summit Construction completed two new Middle Schools for South-Western City School District, the second-largest public school district in Franklin County and the sixth-largest in the State of Ohio, serving approximately 21,000 students and their families. 

Summit Construction provided CMR services for Pleasant View and Norton Middle Schools, both equipped with state-of-the-art learning spaces and furnishings designed by Schorr Architects and sustainability and energy consultant, EA Energy Solutions, LLC. The new 118,000 SF buildings are part of South-Western City School Districts district improvement plan. 

Summit Construction is honored to have provided CMR services for this project, and proud to deliver both schools in time for South-Western City Schools 2022-2023 school year.
