Byesville, Ohio

Summit Construction is honored to be selected as Construction Manager at Risk for Rolling Hills Local School District’s New K-12 School Project.

The $43.8 million school construction project, funded by the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) and the Guernsey County Power Station, includes renovations and an addition to the current Meadowbrook High School building south of Byesville.

The new structure will house an estimated 1,500 Rolling Hills students from pre-kindergarten to grade 12 and the Career Tech program, according to the OFCC.

The project also allows for the abatement or demolition of the district's three current elementary school buildings and the middle school building adjacent to the current high school.

SCC is pleased to partner with Fanning Howey Associates on this project.
