Summit Construction was selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for South-Western City School District's Replacement Middle Schools Project. The project includes new construction of the 118,000 SF Norton and Pleasant View Middle Schools with abatement and demolition of the existing facilities occurring once the new structures are completed.
