On Sunday, September 10th, Summit participated in First Serve's Day of Service at North High School for the third year in a row.

Led by First Congregational Church of Hudson, First Serve has been holding its annual day of service for the past eleven years.

Summit donated paint and supplies for volunteers to touch up the existing mural painted by Summit employees in 2021, and to add new art, including flowers, planets and rockets. The colorful playground mural is enjoyed by preschool students during recess.

Lori Uhl, Administrative Assistant for the Akron office, represented Summit as the mural Project Lead. She was assisted by her neighbor, Lauren, who used her past experience as an art teacher to guide volunteers on how to paint new shapes.
