Summit Construction was selected to provide CMR (Construction Manager at-Risk) services for Amanda-Clearcreek Local Schools' District Improvements Project. The new facilities included:

  • 15,000 square foot field house
  • Addition to K-2 building
  • Softball/baseball batting cage facility
  • Storage building

The multi-phase, $25 million investment greatly enhanced the campus across the board, from athletics to academics and administration.

SCC provided comprehensive construction management for the 19-month program including daily management of subcontractors, schedule, budget, quality control, logistics and safety.

Summit collaborated with VSCW Architects for the District Improvements project, working closely with their team from early in the design process to ensure the facilities were designed and constructed to the standards of the school district.
