Summit Construction was awarded the contract to complete a new Army Reserve Center for the Army Corps of Engineers in Saginaw, Michigan. 

The project consisted of the construction of a new training facility as well as a vehicle storage facility.  The training center was approximately 31,000 SF while the vehicle maintenance facility was 7,100 SF.  The project was completed in roughly two months ahead of schedule and well within the $8.5M budget the Army Corps had anticipated.
