Summit Construction provided CMR services for a new 5,000 square foot Charles Schwab retail building in Copley. The new building with a stunning exterior sits atop the hill where Route 18 meets Crystal Lake Drive, near the Montrose shopping centers. Summit was first tasked with the site development of the 40,000 square foot lot and shell. Upon successful completion, Summit was contracted to also complete the interior buildout. Our team completed this project ahead of schedule and below budget for Charles Schwab.
