Summit Construction was selected to provide General Contracting services for Charles Schwab's 4th floor office renovation in Richfield. The 25,000 SF renovation resulted in a beautiful, upgraded space for Charles Schwab’s staff.
The scope of services included demolition, a new VAC HVAC system, flooring, plumbing, casework, doors, storefront glazing for offices, kitchen appliances, window blinds, a new waiting room, updated technology, and overall, a new and improved office space to match the other floors in the building.
Despite several delays due to COVID-19, the Summit team was able to overcome challenges safely and in a timely manner to deliver a successful project with zero interruptions to the client’s operations or staff.
