Summit Construction served as construction manager at risk for the addition and renovation of Copley High School's stadium and fieldhouse. The project focused on upgrading and expanding the existing facilities, enhancing both the athletic spectator experience with modern amenities and increasing capacity.
The project included demolition of the existing stadium, and construction of the new stadium bleachers, lighting, press box, entrance, concessions building and additional branded structures.
The project also included construction for a ground-up 15,000 square-foot field house.
Construction for this project was strategically phased to minimize disruptions to ongoing summer athletic activities on campus.
The Summit team worked closely with Fanning Howey to deliver the project in time for the 2024-2025 school-year.
