Summit Construction provided Construction Manager at Risk services for the multi-phase addition and renovation project for Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Kent, OH. This project included a new 11,000 SF addition and a 5,000 SF interior renovation to the existing office.
The scope of services included underground site utilities, demolition, asphalt paving, concrete, masonry, roofing, carpentry, painting and flooring, a new HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems.
Crystal Clinic remained open and serving patients throughout the entire project. When the new addition was complete, the clinical staff moved from the existing office space into the new addition, and SCC began interior renovations to the existing office.
SCC implemented a detailed site utilization plan including a logistics strategy for signage and traffic patterns to ensure surrounding businesses could carry on operations safely and efficiently during the project.
