Summit Construction was selected to provide Design-Build services for this 15,000 SF remodel of the Pain Management Office at Crystal Clinic in Fairlawn, OH.
The SCC team managed and oversaw day to day activities and subcontractors. The scope of services included demolition of walls, ceilings, flooring, and electrical devices. The renovation and addition scope of services included glass walls, pass through windows, a new layout for patient beds, a new procedure room layout, a new flooring and ceiling in rear half of the office, paint, and a new entry door with automatic door operator.
This project, following all healthcare procedures, was completed on schedule and within the owner’s budget.
