Summit Construction Company was selected to provide general contracting services for Echelon Senior Living, a 112,700 SF 90 unit apartment building in Medina.
The 3-story building is a wood framed structure with siding and stone veneer.
Echelon provides luxurious and spacious living units along with community areas like a Bistro and Pub, fitness center and therapy pool, spa room, library and home theatre.
Each unit has its own patio or balcony overlooking the greater Akron area or the Echelon courtyard.
Several alterations and improvements were made to the facility during construction to ensure 100% satisfaction for the Client.
