Summit Construction provided CMR services for Heartland Behavioral Health’s multi-phase renovation.
Heartland Behavioral Health remained fully operational during the the five-phase renovation to the facility’s kitchen space. Summit carefully coordinated work to maintain kitchen operations throughout construction, including installing a temporary mobile kitchen trailer during the cookline phase. The project progressed through key areas: dish room, cooking area, cooler and freezer, loading dock, and finishes.
Summit oversaw demolition, mechanical and electrical trades, and finished installation in a fully operational dietary wing. SC worked closely with Domokur and Associates to deliver a modernized food service environment to improve
functionality and flow.
