Summit Construction completed the remodel of the existing Goodyear Industrial space in building 1 on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floor into a new charter school. Work included 41,500 Sq. Ft. of existing office space that we demolished and remodeled as well as 2,500 Sq. Ft. of existing industrial space that was also demolished and remodeled. The primary role for this project was the general contractor and self-performed demolition team.
