As a part of Lancaster City Schools’ ongoing Facility Improvement Program, the District is replacing the existing Medill Elementary School with a new, state of the art educational facility. Similar to the new Lancaster Tallmadge Elementary, Summit Construction Company provided Construction Management at Risk services for this project. As a result of the SCC Team’s coordination and cooperation with the owner and design team, a successful GMP has been negotiated with the District and OFCC three months prior to the start of construction operations.
