Summit Construction provided construction manager at risk services for Laurel Lake Retirement Community in Hudson. The multi-phase project resulted in 2,400 sf of updates to the facility.
Phase 1 included a 1,200 sf addition to convert the former Pat’s Patio into a private dining room, a complete exterior renovation to the community room, and a full remodel to the former pub into an entertainment hub. Phase 2 included 1,200 sf of extensive renovations to the main dining room.
As CMR, Summit Construction supervised day to day activities, managed subcontractors, project budget and schedule, and oversaw all aspects of construction.
Due to the satisfaction of the client, SCC provided additional work after the multi-phase project was completed which included modifications to resident rooms and more.
