Lennox Town Center is a large multi-business retail property serving the affluent communities of Upper Arlington and Grandview Heights in the city of Columbus. In the middle of two active retailers was a parking lot which Summit Construction transformed into a 21,000 SF Marshalls in only 5 short months.
Summit Construction provided general contracting services for this project. In addition, Summit conducted several scope reviews with all the prequalified subcontractors going through the project details to get the best person for the job.
The benefit of this project is that it completes the large retail complex by conjoining all the tenants in a unified line. This adds value to the results because of the lack of any TJX companies in the nearby area.
In addition, this project has been successful in such an aggressive time frame finishing right on schedule and within budget. Part of the success of this project was scheduling the utility shut downs at nights to not disrupt any of the surrounding tenants.
