Summit Construction was selected to provide CMR services for the Pearl Road Plaza development project in Middleburg Heights.
The project included two new multi-tenant buildings to support multiple retailers; Chipotle, SVS Vision, and AT&T (6,642 SF) and Citizen's Bank, Aldi, Smoothie King, Noodles & Company (9,139 SF).
The new additions to Pearl Road Plaza have updated the frequented shopping center with popular food and retail options in the center of Middleburg Heights.
The Summit team provided construction management services including supervision and management subcontractors, quality control and assurance, safety, logistics and more.
