In the fall of 2023, Summit Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager at-Risk Services for the Pickaway-Ross Career and Technical Center. The career technical center serves 12 school districts in Pickaway & Ross counties, offering highschoolers the chance to choose from 20 career technical programs.
The 60,000 SF project consisted of a new 18,000 SF construction trades lab addition, designed to further their already robust program. Renovations also accrued throughout the existing facilities, including updated classrooms, reception areas, a vet-tech space, new mechanical systems, upgraded lighting and technology systems, and finishes.
The Summit Team partnered with the OFCC, Pickaway-Ross, and Schorr Architects for this impactful project in the career tech community.
