Summit Construction was selected to provide CMR services for SITE Centers corporate headquarters interior renovation project. This multi-phase project has completely transformed the office spaces. Phase 1 in Building 3400 and phase 2 in Building 3300 both underwent complete demolition and remodeling.
The new and improved office spaces are bright and inviting with exposed ceilings, vibrant greenery and moss accents, an energetic color palette and laid-back communal lounges supplied by American Interiors.
SCC provided all inclusive CMR services consisting of supervision and management of subcontractors and day-to-day activities, quality control and assurance, safety and efficiency, logistics and more. Our team provided everyday coordination of demolition, new hvac, flooring, cabinetry, casework, plumbing, ceilings, finishes and painting.
Summit Construction worked closely with the owner and StudioTEHCNE Architects for over a year to create several value engineering solutions to meet the owner’s budget and timeline.
