Summit Construction provided CMR services for two retail stores in Cuyahoga Falls: The Social Dept. and Falls Outdoor Company, co-occupants of the 1727 Front Street storefront. The Social Dept. is a clothing, print shop, record shop and design studio.
The project scope included exterior cosmetic improvements, interior renovations, new plumbing and an HVAC system.
During construction, Summit discovered structural issues, and provided solutions for those challenges while maintaining the storefronts' limited budget and adhering to the strict schedule. The transformation of both exciting retailers was completed safely and successfully to the owner's satisfaction.
