Summit Construction provided construction manager at risk services for St. Eugene Church in Cuyahoga Falls.
The project consisted of interior and exterior improvements that required demolition, site grading, storm sewers and gutters, roof and site renovations, structural concrete repairs, carpentry, flooring, drywall and paint.
SCC supervised day to day activities, managed subcontractors, project budget, and schedule coordination to allow the congregation access into newly renovated areas as they were completed.
As a result, St. Eugene has a beautifully remodeled place of worship. The Summit team completed construction with minimal interruptions to ongoing mass and other church activities that continued to take place during the project.
